Many kinds of creative activities have the potential to support AI systems because the artifacts of such activities can be used as training data. However, the current practices in the AI community sometimes use such data without consent and/or compensation. This data is very critical to the success of AI, so creators have potential leverage over companies and other bodies using AI (e.g., the government). This project will aim to build a suite of tools to measure and communicate the value and potential of such data .
